How to become a company secretary in stages:
The student who wants to enrol in the course after passing the 10+2 exam or an equivalent must go through three phases, namely
Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme, to complete the Company Secretaries Course.
After graduating, a student who wants to enrol in the programme must go through two phases of the company secretaryship, i.e.
Professional Programme
Executive Programme
Students with a 10+2 pass or a comparable qualification in the Arts, Sciences, or Commerce can enrol in the Foundation Programme. (Excluding Fine Arts)
All graduates, with the exception of Fine Arts, are eligible to apply for the Executive Program.
Only after passing the Executive Program of the CS Course is it possible to continue with the Professional Program.
The CS COURSE is available for enrollment all year long. In June and December of each year, exams are given.
Cutoff dates for CS course admission:.
For the Foundations Program:
31st March for those taking the same year’s December Exam
30th September for the upcoming June examination
Regarding the Executive Program:
28th February for taking both courses in the same year’s December exams
31st May for taking a single subject in the same year’s December Examination
31st August for taking both courses in the June Exam the following year.
30th November for a single subject appearance in the following year’s June Examination.
