CS is a profession in the field of Secretarial, Compliance and Governance. The profession ensures that Board procedures are both followed and regularly reviewed and provides guidance to Chairman and the Directors on their responsibilities under various laws

1. CS EET COURSE DETAILS

Eligibility: 12^th passed from recognized board

Exam session during the year: January, May, July and November

Study Period: 2 months

Paper 1: Business Communication	50	Multiple Choice question
Paper 2: Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning	50
Paper 3: Economic and Business Environment	50
Paper 4: Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude	50

ICSI will conduct CS EET exam through online (Remote Proctur Mode)
Passing criteria: 40% aggregate in each paper and 50% aggregate in Total

2. CS Executive COURSE DETAILS

Eligibility: CS EET passed or completed Graduation (except Fine Arts) from recognized University

Exam session during the year: June and December

Study Period: 8 months

Group II:
Paper 5: Capital Market and Securities Laws	100
Paper 6: Economic, Commercial & Intellectual Property Laws	100
Paper 7: Tax Laws and Practice	100

Passing criteria: 40% aggregate in each paper and 50% aggregate in individual group

Mandatory Training to be completed:

Student should complete mandatory 3 Days Orientation Training conducted by ICSI and qualify Pre-Test exam to be eligible for Executive level exam.

3. CS PROFESSIONAL COURSE DETAILS

Eligibility: CS Executive passed

Exam session during the year: June and December

Study period: 12 Months

Passing criteria: 40% aggregate in each paper and 50% aggregate in individual group

Mandatory Training to be completed:

Student should complete mandatory 21months Internship as prescribed by ICSI.
