BRICS Academy – Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Enrollment & Payment
On enrolling in a course / batch, you pay the course fee either in full or in agreed installments.
Your spot in the batch is confirmed only after full or first instalment payment, as per the plan.
2. Cancellation by Student
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support team (support@bricsacademy.com).
If you cancel before the first class starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund:
If you cancel after classes begin, refund depends on how many classes have been attended / access used.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within [7] business days to the original payment method.
Non-refundable fees: Registration fee, administrative fee, or any other defined portion [specify].
Refunds do not include third-party or payment gateway charges (unless stated otherwise).
4. Course Cancellation by BRICS Academy
If BRICS Academy cancels a batch (due to low enrolment or other reasons), you will be offered:
a) A full refund, or
b) Transfer to another batch (if available) at no extra cost.
5. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances
In case of events beyond control (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), we may:
Postpone classes
Offer batch transfers
Provide refunds on a pro-rata basis depending on how much of the course was delivered
6. No-Show / Non-Attendance
If you pay for a batch but never attend even a single class and then request cancellation, refund will be considered only if requested within [Y] days of start date.
After this cancellation window, no refunds will be given for non-attendance.
7. Request Process
To request a refund, email: support@bricsacademy.com (or your support email)
Include: Name, Course / Batch name, Payment ID, Date of Payment, Reason for cancellation
We'll acknowledge your request within [Z] days, review it, and communicate the decision.
8. Modification of Policy
We may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be effective from the date they are posted on our website.
Your continued use of our services after the change means you agree to the new policy.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India (or the jurisdiction of BRICS Academy).
Disputes will be handled as per the legal jurisdiction in our Terms & Conditions.
